Market Policy

Carts
Carts larger than 22" x 14" x 9" will not be allowed in Dallas Market Center buildings.

Guest Policy
Retailers are asked to limit guests to one per buyer. Store associates accompanying a buyer will be required to show proof of
employment and must be entered in DMC's registration system.

Photography
Cameras and photography are not allowed inside showrooms without the owner’s permission. Photography of displays listed
in the market event schedule is allowed. The use of video cameras is strictly prohibited in this building.

Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in hallways, stairwells, restaurants or other common areas of the Dallas Market Center buildings.
Smoking inside showrooms is at the discretion of showroom management.

Parking
There are more than 11,000 FREE parking spaces on the DMC campus. As designated by Federal Law, Dallas Market Center
has ample space for handicapped parking. Shuttles and trams are available to take market attendees for any area of parking to
the closest registration site. Valet parking is also available during markets for a fee.

Taxi/Transportation
Taxi cabs and airport shuttles are available at the front entrance of the World Trade Center, as well as shuttle busses to and from DMC Select Hotels. A dispatcher stationed at the World Trade Center is available for assistance, (214) 655-6134.

Courtesy Shuttle Information

Campus Transportation 6:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. continuous during market. On market nights when a DMC-sponsored event is being held, shuttles will run 30 minutes past the end of the event. Check with Ground Transportation in front of the World Trade Center for Market-Time Shuttle Schedules to DMC Select Hotels.
